Delivery Information

Your products will be packed with great care. Each item packed in an appropriate manner to ensure it reaches you in the same condition it left our premises.
Your delivery will be waiting on your doorstep when you wake, sealed in a cool box, so you can pop the items straight in the fridge or freezer.
Where do you deliver?
Your Secret Chef delivers home cooked meals Sydney-wide.
 
 
If you live in any of the districts named on the map we can come to you.
How does delivery work?
 
We deliver Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 4am and 6am. So when you wake up your package will be waiting on your doorstep in a polyfoam insulated box.
 
 
So, order by 12 noon on Saturdays, Tuesdays or Thursdays and your order will be on your doorstep the next working day.
 
 
If you miss the deadline your order will be arrive on the next scheduled delivery day.
How much does delivery cost?
 
 
  • Minimum order is $75 of food cost.
  • The standard delivery charge is $15, but orders over $150 are delivered FREE
  • There is a $5 deposit on the polyfoam delivery cool box.
 
  • Leave the box out for collection on you next order and use the code BOX at checkout and you will get a $5 discount on your order for recycling the box.
 
 
  • 'Shipping Fee' at checkout includes any delivery charge and the box deposit.
