Pricing & Payment.
 
All prices on the website are inclusive of GST at the current rates where applicable. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of GST.
Where we charge separately for postage and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out prior to payment.
 
We accept Paypal, Visa, Master Card and Amex.
 
By ordering online you authorise us to transmit or obtain information about you to or from third parties. This will be done purely in the interest of authenticating your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain payment authorisation and to authorise the individual purchase transaction.
 
Your card will be charged in advance for the full value of the total order including applicable delivery and other charges. Your order is only confirmed when you receive both an order confirmation and a payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to amend or refuse the sale, if the payment is not received prior to delivery day. Please note that prices may alter, and that we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
 
Your credit card number will not be stored once payment has been successful.
Returns & Refunds
 
Our Customers can cancel up to 7PM the night before delivery by e-mailing johnburgess63@iinet.net.au with your name and contact details. This will incur a cancellation fee of 5% of the order total. Orders cancelled after this period will not be refunded.
Liability & Indemnity
 
Except in relation to our contractual obligations to supply goods following acceptance of orders placed on our website, neither we nor any of our directors, employees, suppliers or other representatives will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the website or services.
