Just Out of Hospital Hampers
Recently, an old friend in Europe asked if I could deliver some home cooked meals to her mum back in Sydney who had just come home from hospital. In her words, it was "better than sending flowers".
So I designed Care Packages for those just out of hospital: one for those feeling pretty unwell and one for those feeling OK, but inconvenienced by their hospital visit.
Whether it's to make your life easier or help out someone else in a practical way, here are a few hampers for those just out of hospital.
