Storage & Preparation
Our menu has been designed for your convenience and items are supplied with clear instructions for storeage and preparation.
None of this is arduous: for the most part all you need do is move items from the freezer to the fridge each evening. Or re-heat items in a microwave.
Only fish dishes are supplied uncooked. They simply require baking in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
